**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Relations**: Provide a warm welcome to guests, check them in and out efficiently, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Communication Hub**: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, directing calls, messages, and requests to the relevant departments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in various administrative tasks, including maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, and managing front office supplies.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive guest experience.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- **Customer Service**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively and courteously.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
