Photographer & Videographer

Spara Boutique Resort is seeking a talented and versatile **In-house Photographer & Videographer** to join our creative team. This role requires a creative professional who can capture high-quality visual content, including event photography, candid moments, food and product photography, interior shots, and video coverage. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that highlights our luxury resort and events for marketing, social media, and client presentations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Photography & Videography**: Capture stunning images and videos of weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and other events at the resort. Focus on candid moments, event highlights, and overall ambiance.
- **Content Creation**: Develop creative content for social media, websites, and promotional materials by capturing high-quality stills and videos that showcase the resort, events, food, and decor.
- **Food & Product Photography**: Create visually appealing photographs of food (from the Blue Apron café) and other resort offerings for marketing and menu displays.
- **Interior & Architectural Photography**: Capture the essence of the resort's interiors, rooms, event spaces, and outdoor areas, highlighting their luxurious and aesthetic appeal.
- **Candid & Styled Shoots**: Be comfortable with both candid shots during live events and styled, pre-planned shoots to capture high-quality content for marketing.
- **Videography for Events**: Film and edit videos that capture the essence of the events held at the resort, ensuring to tell a visual story through videos for promotional purposes.
- **Editing & Post-Production**: Edit photos and videos to ensure high-quality visual content. Use industry-standard editing software to create polished content ready for social media, websites, and client presentations.
- **Collaboration with Creative Team**: Work closely with the marketing, event planning, and design teams to create content that aligns with the resort’s branding and marketing strategies.
- **Client-Focused Shoots**: Coordinate with clients to capture specific moments or setups they want during events, ensuring satisfaction with the final output.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with photography, videography, and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in professional photography and videography, particularly in events, food, product, and interior shoots.
- **Photography & Videography Skills**: Strong proficiency in shooting high-quality stills and video. Expertise in various photography styles, including candid, product, food, and interior photography.
- **Editing Skills**: Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro** to edit and enhance images and videos.
- **Creativity & Storytelling**: Ability to tell a story through photography and videography, capturing the essence and unique elements of events and the resort.
- **Content Creation for Digital Platforms**: Experience creating content specifically for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), websites, and promotional use.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and composition to create visually compelling images and videos that meet the brand’s high standards.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines for event shoots, content delivery, and post-production.
- **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of photography and videography equipment, lighting techniques, and editing tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and communicate with clients regarding their event photography needs.
- **Portfolio Required**: A diverse portfolio showcasing event photography, product/food photography, interior shoots, and videography.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
