**Job Title: Professional Videographer & Photographer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative video and photography projects.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for various platforms.
- Ensure professional lighting, framing, and composition in all shoots.
- Handle video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and directing shoots.
- Edit videos and images using industry-standard software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop**.
- Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align visual content with brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of proven experience** as a professional photographer and videographer.
- Strong knowledge of **video production, editing, and photography techniques.**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop** (knowledge of additional software like After Effects, Lightroom, or Illustrator is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with **camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.**:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing past photography and videography projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in **Start-ups, advertising, media, events, or corporate branding.**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
- Familiarity with **social media video trends** and content creation strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
