1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence

2. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses

3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

4. Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them

5. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

6. Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to management.

Qualification:
Graduation Any Stream

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
