**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Develop a comprehensive curriculum for IIT JEE and NEET Physics in line with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.(6th - 10th for Foundation Students ) & ( 11th & 12th for Advance Students)
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures that cover fundamental and advanced physics concepts.
- Provide in-depth explanations, examples, and problem-solving sessions to enhance students' understanding.
- Offer guidance on time management and effective exam strategies.
- Provide personalized assistance to students, addressing their specific needs and challenges in mastering physics concepts.
- Monitor and track the progress of each student, offering additional support as necessary.
- Design and administer regular assessments to gauge student understanding and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze student performance data to tailor teaching methods and address common misconceptions
- Stay informed about the latest trends, changes, and updates in the IIT JEE and NEET exams.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials accordingly to ensure alignment with exam requirements.
- Inspire and motivate students to excel in their studies and instill a passion for physics.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- Master's in Physics with Bachelor’s in Education.
- Previous experience in coaching students for IIT JEE and NEET exams.
- In-depth knowledge of the IIT JEE and NEET Physics syllabi and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful coaching and producing high achievers in competitive exams.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
