JEE Physics/Math Faculty

Job location - Chennai

Key responsibilities
- **Teaching & Mentoring**: Deliver lectures, provide doubt-clearing sessions, and mentor students preparing for the JEE (Main and Advanced) MATH/physics section.
- **Curriculum & Content Development**: Design and deliver comprehensive lecture plans, course materials (notes, tests, assignments), and assessment tools aligned with the JEE syllabus.
- **Performance Monitoring & Feedback**: Assess student progress, analyze performance, and provide feedback to help students improve and address academic challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other faculty and the academic team to enhance the overall learning experience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep current with changes in JEE exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Educational qualifications and skills
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math or a related field (e.g., Engineering) is generally required.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience in teaching students for competitive exams like JEE is highly preferred.
- **Subject Knowledge**: A deep and thorough understanding of the JEE Math /physics syllabus and related concepts is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues is crucial.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: A strong aptitude for solving complex problems and guiding students in developing their analytical and critical thinking skills is vital.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, digital resources, and other educational technology tools is a plus.
- **Other Key Skills**: Classroom management, curriculum development, student assessment, time management, and the ability to motivate and inspire students are highly valued.
