**Job Overview**:As a Telesales Executive at, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals over the phone. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.

Build and maintain a pipeline of sales leads, actively managing and tracking them.

Understand and address customer needs, objections, and concerns while providing tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and product knowledge.

Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in BPO (especially in Sales).
- Sales training or certification.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
