Telesales Executive

**Job Role**: Telesales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products & services, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- **Objection Handling**: Address and overcome customer objections to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Telesales Manager, detailing sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
