Job Title: Customer Service Executive cum Retail Store Auditor

Location: Elements Mall, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Retail Store Auditing:

- Conduct regular audits of shop stocks to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Monitor and assess the front display to ensure it aligns with brand standards and attracts customers.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to stock levels and display arrangements.

3. Store Assessment:

- Evaluate store layout and merchandising strategies to optimize customer flow and product visibility.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall shopping experience and store performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement changes based on assessment findings.

4. Communication:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

5. Fashion Awareness:

- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and displays that align with current fashion trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in fashion or related courses is a plus.
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is an advantage.
