**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform various welding techniques, including arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and oxy-acetylene welding, to join metal components accurately and securely.**:

- **Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to understand assembly processes and component specifications.**:

- **Cut and prepare metal pieces using saws, plasma cutters, and torches, ensuring precise measurements and proper dimensions.**:

- **Assemble and fit metal components according to provided instructions, layouts, or diagrams, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.**:

- **Layout and fabricate metal parts based on provided templates and drawings, involving cutting, bending, shaping, and forming of metal materials.**:

- **Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet industry standards and safety regulations.**:

- **Select appropriate welding materials, such as filler metals and gases, based on the type of metal and welding process.**:

- **Maintain and clean welding equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure proper functioning.**:

- **Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while working with hot metals and high temperatures.**:

- **Collaborate with team members, including engineers, fabricators, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed on time and meet specifications.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve any welding or fitting issues that may arise during the fabrication process.**:

- **Keep accurate records of work performed, including welding processes used, materials utilized, and quality control checks conducted.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter.**:

- **Proficient in various welding techniques, including arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and oxy-acetylene welding.**:

- **Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.**:

- **Strong mathematical and measurement skills.**:

- **Attention to detail and precision in fitting and assembly tasks.**:

- **Familiarity with various metals and their properties.**:

- **Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting.**

**Salary**: ₹9,433.45 - ₹17,000.00 per month
