Position: Welder

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding operations as per drawing & instruction
  • Ability to do MIG / ARC welding (based on company requirement)
  • Set up welding machines and adjust parameters as required
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding & fitting before welding
  • Check dimensions and ensure weld quality as per standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE during work
  • Maintain tools, welding equipment & work area
  • Assist in fabrication, assembly and finishing jobs
  • Work as per production schedule & complete tasks on time

Skills Required:

  • Good welding knowledge and welding techniques
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings
  • Experience in MIG / ARC / TIG (whichever applicable)
  • Good understanding of material thickness & penetration
  • Strong knowledge in welding joints & welding position
  • Knowledge in grinding, cutting & finishing after weld
  • Quality awareness and precision working mentality

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Welder / Fitter (Preferred)

Experience:

1 to 3 years minimum experience in welding

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on skill & experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
