**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Location**: Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre, Hadapsar

**Job Summary**: Provide a welcoming environment and manage front desk operations at a de-addiction center. Handle client check-ins, phone calls, and administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors; manage check-ins and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
- Provide information about services and assist with documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and stocked.
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compassionate and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Pay: ₹9,045.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
