**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Handling Cash Management Services operations PAN India.
- Providing digital solution for higher repayment success & commercials viable.
- API Based/Non API based integration
- Various digital Collection process & commercials, like, IPG, SMS Link payments, BBPS, Virtual Account.
- Validation and certifying disbursal payment files and reconciliations of various accounts.
- Knowledge on general accounting and ledger reconciliation.
- Handling of UAT and Automation in the process.
- Handling team processing of Loan foreclosure, Settlements, Refund and cancellation.
- Risk monitoring for entire disbursement and loan servicing unit.
- Co-ordination with various stake holder such as Business, Collections ,Regional operations.
- Co-ordination with banks and fin tech partners ensuring payment collections process is seamless and disbursements within 24 hours.
- Handling of internal and external audits, along with regulatory requirements raised.
- Reconciliation of funds and TAT monitoring for all business segments

**Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge**:

- Good Knowledge of functionalities in payment processing is a must.
- Good knowledge of lending systems and accounting
- Thorough knowledge of end to end Loan related Processes
- No. of years of relevant experience: Experience of 8 to 12 years
