**1. Job** **PURPOSE**:
To operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently for the processing of legacy waste as per the site’s daily targets. The role ensures smooth functioning of screening machinery & earthmoving machinery and supports uninterrupted biomining operations by maintaining machine performance, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with site teams.

**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate designated screening machinery ( i.e. Roto Screen, Trommel, Etc. ) or Earthmoving machinery ( i.e. Excavator, Hywa, etc. )
- Ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the machine during shifts.
- Conduct basic inspections before starting the machinery and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
- Follow SOPs for machine operation, shutdown, and cleaning procedures.
- Coordinate with helpers/laborers for continuous waste feeding and output handling.
- Maintain daily logbook for operational hours, downtime, and fuel usage.
- Assist the maintenance team during routine checks and breakdowns.
- Keep the machine surrounding area clean and safe.
- Follow site safety protocols and wear PPE as per guidelines.

**3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS**:
**Internal**:

- Report directly to the Site Supervisor or Site In-Charge.
- Coordinate with helpers and support staff for smooth feeding and output handling.
- Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Team regarding any machine-related issues.
- Share daily machine performance and operational status with site incharge.

**External**:
**4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**

**Education**

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
ITI certification in relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Mechanic, Electrical, etc.) is preferred.

**Experience**

1 to 3 years

Hands on experience over Segregation machinery or earthmoving Machinery as well

**Skills**

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety checks, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to detect and report faults or irregular performance
- Understanding of waste handling and segregation process is an advantage

**Behavioral Skills**:

- Team coordination and discipline
- Willingness to work in outdoor, dusty, and heavy machinery environments
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols strictly

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
