Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Jaipur. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing campaign data, managing advertising budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies

Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience in the IT consulting or digital solutions industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
