**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identifying potential customers, conducting research, and creating new opportunities
- **Building customer relationships**: Resolving issues during each sale and ensuring customers are happy
- **Implementing sales strategies**:Creating, developing, and executing a sales strategy to increase the company's revenue
- **Resolving customer concerns**:Guaranteeing customers' contentment with the product or service offered
- **Scheduling meetings with clients**: Setting up meetings to analyze the customer's requirements and put forth suggestions that convince them
- **Reviewing sales performance**: Regularly reviewing and adjusting goals and action plans based on data and market trends
- **Other responsibilities**:Delivering presentations on the company's products and services, preparing and analyzing sales reports and data, and conducting market research

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Direct Sales or Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English and Tamil. Knowing any other language will be an added advantage.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in any sales role or similar role in marketing or sales is a must.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,638.57 per month
