
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and professional communication.
- Gather detailed customer requirements to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Quotation Preparation**:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers with the company’s technical sales consultant.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm appointments and address customer concerns.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the technical sales team to relay customer requirements and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer queries and assist in improving service processes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotes, and appointments.
- Generate periodic reports on lead status and conversion rates.

- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in [English and any required local language].
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to prepare accurate and well-structured quotations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Proficient in scheduling and managing multiple customer interactions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the company's products and services (training will be provided).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address customer queries effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in [CRM software/Excel] and basic computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
