- To process invoices related to Non Purchase Order based Services, Freight Services pertaining to Europe, North America and India
- Maintain vendor files.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Produce monthly reports detailing accounts payable status
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate historical records.
- Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and information
