Position Overview:
As an Admission Officer, you will not only be responsible for conducting seminars at schools and colleges but also managing a career counselling team to effectively convert leads into admissions. Your role will be crucial in attracting potential students through seminars and ensuring their smooth transition into our educational institution through personalized counselling and support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Seminar Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and plan seminars at targeted schools.
- Coordinate with school authorities to schedule and organize seminars and other marketing activities as needed.
- Prepare engaging presentations and materials to showcase the benefits and strengths of our institution.

2. Presentations and Interaction:

- Deliver informative and persuasive presentations to students, parents, and teachers during the seminars.
- Interact with attendees to address their questions and concerns, providing a positive impression of our institution.

3. Lead Generation and Follow-up:

- Collect contact information and relevant data from interested attendees to generate leads.

4. Career Counselling Team Management:

- Recruit and train a team of career counsellors to support potential students throughout the admissions process.
- Provide guidance and support to the career counselling team to improve their effectiveness in converting leads into admissions.

5. Personalized Counselling and Support:

- Oversee the career counsellors’ efforts to provide personalized counselling to prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals.
- Ensure that each potential student receives tailored guidance to make informed decisions about their educational journey.

6. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate positive relationships with school administrators, counsellors, and teachers to foster ongoing partnerships.
- Keep track of feedback and recommendations from school personnel to improve future seminar presentations and counselling sessions.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of leads generated and track the conversion rate of attendees to applicants.
- Provide regular reports to the admissions and marketing teams, highlighting the success of lead generation and counselling efforts.

8. Market Intelligence:

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt seminar and counselling strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or educational outreach is preferred.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to captivate the audience during seminars.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with school personnel and potential students.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track lead generation efforts.
- Experience in managing a team and providing career counselling is a plus.
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a passion for education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Near High Court, Kochi, Kochi - 682031, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
