**Job Title**: Admission Officer

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inquiry Management**:

- Provide clear and accurate information on programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- **Application Processing**:

- Track document submissions and ensure timely follow-up for pending requirements.
- **Admission Support**:

- Guide applicants throughout the enrollment journey with personalized assistance.
- Address queries promptly to enhance overall applicant satisfaction.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and support admission-related activities such as open houses, campus visits, and orientations.
- Represent the institution at education fairs and outreach events.
- **Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update applicant records in CRM systems.
- Prepare reports to track admissions progress, trends, and targets.
- **Policy & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and educational regulations.
- Stay informed on updates and incorporate them into the admissions process.
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with the marketing team on outreach and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with academic departments to resolve applicant queries effectively.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the admissions experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service roles preferred.

**Essential Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Calm, professional, and effective under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
