**Position: Part-Time Physics Lecture Faculty**
**Language Requirement**: Proficient in speaking and writing Kannada; proficiency in English (Kanglish) is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct offline doubt-clearing sessions and lectures for Physics students preparing for JEE and NEET exams.
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics in Physics, covering the syllabus up to JEE and NEET level.
- Provide guidance and support to students in understanding complex concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Create and maintain a positive and interactive learning environment in the classroom.
- Address students' doubts and queries effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments aligned with the curriculum and exam requirements.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop teaching strategies and materials.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and examination patterns.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and grades of students.
- Ensure compliance with the institution's policies and regulations.

**Locations: [Hubli - Dharwad]**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Kannada is essential.
- Proficiency in English (Kanglish) is desirable.
- Prior teaching experience, especially in coaching students for JEE and NEET exams, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and dedication towards students' learning and development.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit students' learning styles and needs.
- Time management skills and ability to work part-time as per the specified period.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
