**Job Summary:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching & Instruction**:
- Teach physics to students across various levels (e.g., middle school, high school, or advanced levels like A-levels, IB, or AP), ensuring lessons are aligned with the curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage active participation.
- Use a variety of teaching methods including lectures, experiments, demonstrations, interactive simulations, and group discussions to explain complex physics concepts.
- **Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:
- Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, lab reports, and projects to evaluate students’ understanding of physics.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Track student progress, identifying those who need extra support and offering additional resources to help them succeed.
- Prepare students for standardized tests, final exams, or physics competitions.
- **Laboratory Work & Demonstrations**:
- Supervise and assist students in conducting physics experiments in the lab, ensuring they follow safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all experiments and practical sessions are well-organized and executed.
- **Curriculum Development & Planning**:
- Collaborate with the Science Department to develop and improve the physics curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and is engaging for students.
- Adapt lessons and resources based on the class’s abilities and interests, ensuring inclusivity.
- Integrate technology, digital resources, and simulations to enhance the teaching of physics.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in physics education, teaching techniques, and scientific discoveries.
- Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and conferences to continue learning and improving as a teacher.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with other science teachers to develop cross-curricular projects and events.
- Work closely with the Head of the Science Department to ensure the smooth delivery of the curriculum and school-wide educational objectives.
- **Extracurricular Activities (Optional)**:
- Lead or support extracurricular activities related to physics, such as science clubs, science fairs, and physics Olympiads.
- Encourage students to participate in relevant competitions and events to further develop their interest in physics.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Physics Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of [2-3] years of experience teaching physics at the [secondary/primary] school level (or equivalent teaching experience).
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in conducting and supervising practical lab work and experiments.
- Familiarity with using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning (e.g., simulations, interactive whiteboards).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
