**Job Title**: Dean - Faculty of Law
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹70,000 - ₹90,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Faculty of Law, aligning with the institution's vision and goals.
- Oversee curriculum development, academic policies, and faculty management.
- Promote excellence in teaching, research, and professional development for faculty members.
- Ensure adherence to academic standards and legal education guidelines.
- Represent the Faculty of Law in institutional committees, events, and external partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, legal institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage budgetary and operational aspects of the faculty effectively.
- Encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and initiatives within the university.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: PhD in Law (mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in legal academia or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience as a Dean or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of research and publications in the legal domain.
- Strong understanding of legal education trends, policies, and accreditation processes.
