Key Responsibilities: Customer Consultation: Meet with potential clients to discuss their kitchen design needs, including layout, functionality, style, and budget. Conduct site visits to measure spaces and assess existing conditions. Present design concepts and product options using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of kitchen cabinetry brands, finishes, hardware, appliances, and countertop materials. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases. Sales Process: Develop detailed kitchen design plans and accurate cost estimates. Effectively present design proposals to clients, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate pricing and address customer concerns to close sales. Manage sales pipeline and follow-up with leads. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with contractors, designers, and other industry professionals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale installation. Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales reports and track key metrics. Maintain accurate customer information and sales records. Coordinate with the design team, installation crew, and delivery personnel. Required Skills: Design Skills: Basic understanding of kitchen layout principles, space planning, and aesthetics. Sales Acumen: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read blueprints. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage customer expectations. Market Awareness: Knowledge of current kitchen design trends and competitor landscape. Education and Experience: High school diploma required, associate degree in interior design or related field preferred. Proven experience in kitchen design sales, preferably in a retail showroom environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
