- Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
