**Experience - **1 Year to 3 Years

**Location -** Sector - 03, Noida

**Working Days - **06

**Working Shift - **Night (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)

**Package - **35k to 40k

**Note : This is night shift job role and we didn't have any cab facilities.**

**Job Summary**:
As an Amadeus META Travel Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing travel-related operations using the Amadeus META platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth travel arrangements, efficient reservation processes, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to deliver high-quality travel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amadeus META Platform Management**:_
- Utilize the Amadeus META platform to handle travel bookings, reservations, and other related tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of the Amadeus META system to optimize its usage.
- **Travel Booking and Reservations**:_
- Efficiently manage and process travel bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all reservations and bookings.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to travel arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their travel plans.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:_
- Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:_
- Stay updated on industry best practices and provide training to team members on the effective use of the Amadeus META platform.
- Foster a continuous learning environment within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using the Amadeus META platform.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with other travel-related systems and tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
