Job Title : Academic / Student Counselor (Female Only)

Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant discipline

Reports To : Head of Operations/Academic Director
**Job Summary**:
1. Student Admissions & Counseling:

- Provide detailed information to prospective students about courses, programs, admission processes, and career pathways.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely admission and enrollment into appropriate programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student needs and offering guidance on suitable courses.

2. Batch and Staff Allocation:

- Organize and allocate students into appropriate batches based on course schedules and availability.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely assignment of instructors to batches.
- Manage any adjustments in schedules and inform students and staff accordingly.

3. Fee Handling and Collection:

- Oversee the collection of course fees, manage payment plans, and ensure timely fee submissions.
- Keep track of fee payments and outstanding dues, following up with students as necessary.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

4. Administrative Coordination:

- Maintain records of student admissions, attendance, and academic performance.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to courses, staff, and fee payments.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of timetables, exam schedules, and academic updates.

5. Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports on student enrollments, batch status, fee collection, and staff allocation.
- Communicate with students, and staff regarding any important updates or issues.
- Ensure that all student information is properly documented and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems.
- Experience in fee management, batch scheduling, and staff coordination is a plus.

- Flexibility to work extra hours during admission periods or as needed.

**Salary will be fixed based on previous experience**
