We are a leading women’s garment manufacturer and wholesaler based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in ethnic and contemporary women’s wear including **Lehenga Cholis, Crop Tops, Gowns, Indo-Western outfits**, and more. With a focus on quality and fashion-forward design, we are growing rapidly across **e-commerce, retail, and international platforms**.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the **daily operations** of the company’s e-commerce platforms
- Upload and maintain product listings with **accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-resolution images**:

- Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure **timely dispatch and delivery**:

- Maintain and monitor **inventory levels**; coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling
- Handle **domestic and international logistics**, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation
- Work closely with **marketing, design, and operations** teams to align product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze platform **sales data and performance metrics** to optimize listings and sales strategies
- Provide prompt and professional **customer support**, including addressing post-sale queries and resolving issues
- **1-2 years** of hands-on experience in **e-commerce operations**, ideally in the **fashion or apparel industry**:

- Experience using platforms like **Shopify, WordPress**, or similar CMS/e-commerce tools
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Word**; familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus
- Strong **organizational, multitasking**, and **problem-solving** skills
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing, SEO, and product positioning**:

- **Creative, fashion-aware**, and interested in women's apparel trends
- Excellent **communication skills** and a team-oriented, proactive work ethic
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple priorities efficiently
