- Underwriting securities to minimise the risk associated with public offerings.

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Facilitating syndicated loans for large-scale projects.
- Guiding corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and business reorganisation.
- Conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities

Qualification
- Ensuring adherence to ethical practices and safeguarding investor interests.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Merchant Banker or in a similar role within investment banking.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
