**Production Executive - Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our team. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
**A) Process Optimization**:
1) Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
2) Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency

**B) Production Planning and Scheduling**:
1) Developing production schedules and workflows to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
2) Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely execution of production plans and schedules.

**C) Quality Assurance and Control**:
1) Implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
2) Implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.

**D) Equipment Maintenance and Reliability**:
1) Developing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
2) Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.

**E) Data Analysis and Reporting**:
1) Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
2) Presenting findings and recommendations to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

**F) Team Leadership and Training**:
1) Providing leadership and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to production goals and standards.
2) Conducting training programs to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and quality standards among production personnel.
3) Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the production team.

**G) Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing**:
1) Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.
2) Implementing lean manufacturing principles and practices to eliminate waste and improve workflow.
3) Engaging with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive innovation in production operations.

**H) Customer and Supplier Relations**:
1) Collaborating with customer service and sales teams to ensure production schedules align with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
2) Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and outsource Production vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. **(NO LIVE K.T.)**:

- **0 to 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment**, with a focus on production engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Location : Vasai (East) (Sativali)**

**Working Hours:

- ** **9 am to 6: 30 pm**
**Weekly Off : Sunday**
