Opening with a Manufacturing company.

**Position: Production Executive**

**Experience** **- 2 to 3 years**

**Location: Naigaon**

**Qualification - B. E Production Engineer**

**CTC - 2.88 LPA to 3.00 LPA**

1) Daily Production Report i.e. OLE & OEE calculation

2) Daily Production planning & manpower handling for assembly line in shifts.

3) Responsible for preparing work instructions for new defined process

4) Knowledge of ISO audit & Internal Audits.

5) Planning for Lazer marking, Band coil & Hcrimp machine as per available Plan/WO.

6) Problem solving skills
- Why why analysis

7) Acknowledge customer complaints & prepare 8D reports

8) Carrying out TPM activities (Achieved Step-3) & 5S activities on shopfloor.

9) Implementation of Kaizen and new processes.

10) Coordination with SCM, Planning,Stores & Logistics departments for internal business communication.

11) Support to development & engineering team for new products

12) Coordination with vendors & purchase team for consumables services

13) Preparing maintenance plan & availability of machines as per production planning for PM to maintenance team.

14) Carrying out internal training for shopfloor workmen on technical topics.
- Should have experience of 2 to 3 years in assembly.
- BE Production Engineering

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
