_**Job Summary**_
- **Responsibilities**_
- _Answer incoming calls from drivers and passengers and provide prompt assistance and support._
- _Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and address them with empathy and professionalism._
- _Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide accurate information, explanations, and resolutions._
- _Troubleshoot technical problems or glitches experienced by users, offering step-by-step guidance and escalating issues to the appropriate teams, if necessary._
- _Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback._
- _Collaborate with different teams, including the technical support team, to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution._
- _Follow standardized procedures and guidelines for issue resolution, while also having the flexibility to adapt to unique customer situations._
- _Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics, including average call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings._
- **Requirements**_
- _Any graduates (Freshers are welcome)._
- _Proven work experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the BPO industry._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English._
- _Strong active listening and problem-solving skills._
- _Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts effectively._
- _Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively._
- _Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required._
- _Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds._
- _Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving customer needs._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
