- 5+ years of Private Equity / Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services, Public Accounting, Fund Administration / Back-office / Middle-Office, Software Companies Industry Experience
- Undergraduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Applications, Commerce / Accounting / Finance, Business Management
- Proficient knowledge of:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Yardi Investment Suite / Commercial Property Suite / Residential Property Suite & Allvue Systems / Microsoft Dynamics D365 Fund / Investment / Corporate Accounting, CRM, Investor Portal knowledge a
- Proficient knowledge of fund accounting software (FIS Private Capital Suite (formerly, Investran, Digital Data Exchange & Digital Investment Analytics), E-Front, etc.), NetSuite, Sage Intacct
- Workiva
- Blackline
- Smartsheet, Microsoft Sharepoint & Teams
- SQL, SSRS, Crystal, Python, Alteryx, Java,.NET, C#, C++
- PowerBI & VBA for Excel
- ServiceNow
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and highly organized
- Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment and handle multiple projects
