**About the Role**:
Ace Marinetech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a **Junior NDT & Thickness Gauging Technician**. This role involves hands-on work in marine environments, performing on-site inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure vessel safety and structural integrity. The role also includes preparing detailed reports based on inspection findings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Inspections**:

- Conduct thickness gauging of ship structures and components using ultrasonic testing devices.
- Perform various NDT methods to identify material defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to execute inspections efficiently in diverse marine environments.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Compile accurate data from inspections and testing.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with measurements, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure all reports are compliant with industry standards and client requirements.
- **Equipment Handling**:

- Operate and maintain testing equipment.
- Ensure calibration and functionality of tools before deployment.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols during on-site operations.
- Ensure that inspection activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in mechanical, marine engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of NDT techniques and tools (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office for report preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for creating or interpreting technical drawings and reports is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
