Plaksha’s Office of Corporate Partnerships & Careers (CPC) has been set up with the objective of creating long term, multi-dimensional and mutually value -adding partnerships with corporates and ensuring superlative career outcomes for all students at Plaksha. CPC is the nodal point for each university stakeholder i.e. faculty, students, founders, and a bridge to industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential employers and emerging career opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Monitor and analyse job market trends, industry shifts, and recruitment data
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective employers and job openings
- Support the creation of a repository detailing industry-specific role requirements and assessment methodologies
- Coordinate with corporate partners to organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry engagement events.
- Assist in the development of high-quality communication collaterals and presentation decks
- Generate management information systems (MIS) and analytical reports as required
- Utilize online platforms, networks, and resources to gather market intelligence and industry insights

**Education** and**Experience**
- Any Bachelors or master’s
- 1-2 yrs. of relevant work experience

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the mastery of various tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Demonstrated ability to review and prioritize work independently and effectively, and use appropriate resources and creativity to resolve issues
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
