**About the Role**:
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives. The role involves team supervision, outbound calling, lead distribution, data handling, and achieving sales team targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Distribute and track leads efficiently using CRM or Excel.
- Support the team in outbound calls and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate sales data and performance reports.
- Provide training, feedback, and performance coaching.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations).

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field
- 1-3 years of sales experience; 1+ year in a team lead role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools

**Preferred Industry**:
Logistics / E-commerce / Digital Marketing / EdTech / Finance
