**Qualification**:B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering), BBA, MBA (Logistic, Supply chain mngmt)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, machinery, and labor.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve any issues affecting output.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues.
- Basic understanding of steel plant operations and the materials used, like iron ore, coal, or scrap.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
