Store In-charge

**Position Title**: Store Incharge
**Location**: Bokaro
**Experience Required**: 10-15 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory using manual or computerized systems.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

**Store Operations**:

- Develop and implement procedures for efficient store operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store premises.
- Manage store layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility.

**Staff Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and supervise store personnel.
- Delegate responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve staff grievances and provide guidance to improve efficiency.

**Procurement Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders and report discrepancies.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, discrepancies, and damaged goods.
- Maintain records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations.
- Address and rectify issues related to safety, theft, or losses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical engineer, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in Steel industry.
- Familiarity with supply chain and warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
