**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness to purchase.
- Provide detailed information about our catering services and answer any customer queries.
- Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and informed about our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to the management team on lead quality and sales process improvements.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Incentives will be rewarded based on Lead Conversion.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
