**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors for materials and products.
- Process purchase orders and maintain up-to-date records in the procurement system.
- Track deliveries, monitor order status, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Communicate with suppliers to clarify specifications, prices, and delivery times.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Support the negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on purchasing activities as needed.
- Assist with resolving any issues related to deliveries, invoices, or supplier discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
- 1 to 2 experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
