**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Customer Co-Ordination - Sending Quotes, Follow-up, solving client queries, co.profile sharing etc.
- Vendor Co-ordination - Getting right Prices, Negotiation, Vendor PO preparation, Invoice follow-up, Vendor on-boarding, related activities etc.
- Business Records management.
- Reception & Guest Management.
- Building relationship with all business stakeholders.
- File Management, Document Management etc.
- Material Delivery, despatch and Logistic Management.
- Invoices and Payment Management.
- DCR preparation for shared quote on daily basis and presenting on every week.
- Sales Executive co-ordination, sending co. profile etc.
- Daily attendance maintenance and Payroll management.
- New joinee induction, entry-exit interview & MIS preparation.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of office decorum.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related IT Infra and various Services.
- Developing the clients via Google search, LinkedIn or other resources.
- Reporting to Management.
