**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Ensure guests are promptly attended to and their needs are met throughout the dining experience.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and other offerings.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, stewards, and other front-of-house staff.
- Assign duties to staff, ensuring proper table settings, cleanliness, and readiness for service.
- **Service Management**:

- Oversee the flow of service, ensuring orders are processed and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that food are served according to restaurant standards of presentation, quality, and temperature.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, including managing seating arrangements, customer traffic, and wait times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of food allergens and ensure staff is trained to handle requests and dietary restrictions.
- Enforce proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in all aspects of the restaurant.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant revenue.
- Monitor the dining room for opportunities to add additional courses, drinks, or specials to guests’ orders.
- Track and report sales and performance metrics to the management team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
