**Job Description: Center Coordinator**

**Location**: AISECT Birsa Center, Bishnugarh

**Responsibilities**:

- Mobilization of students for skill development programs.
- Facilitating the creation of batches for various courses.
- Ensuring timely and accurate attendance tracking in accordance with center norms.
- Providing proper training and guidance to students.
- Collaborating with management to hire suitable faculty and staff.
- Coordinating with skill development authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on education or management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a skill development center is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of government skill development initiatives and regulations is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazaribagh, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Center In-charge/Coordinator: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
