Assist the Design & Project Manager in maintaining all projects documentation. Prepare Purchase orders, create cost comparative analyses for vendors and contractors
- Aggressively source new vendors across categories and set up their appointments with the project team
- Ensures material deliveries are orgnanized in a smooth and planned manner. Confirm they are adhering to the requisite Project deadline. Monitor and ensure proper reminders are sent to the team and implement any back-end actions to complete the Project and internal office commitments. Maintain and ensures **up-to-date** Filing of all PO’s, Vendor / Client correspondence, all relevant bills, documentation of regular site expenses and related paper work for the Projects. Assist the Project Sales & Marketing efforts with project presentation, estimation, client correspondence etc. Aids the management to research on-going current projects in and implement a subtle marketing effort along with the Project Sales Leader. Schedule and monitor all internal meetings and ensure minutes of the meeting
- Develop project estimates for customers from time-to-time Provide cost, schedule and scope of information for customers review and approval. ( internal document )
- Maintains all Contractor payment documents with proper reports / ratified on OUR JMR etc and also payment sheets there-of. Only copy of same will be given to accounts for payment purposes. This commercial calculation will be signed off by NP / SK and only then be sent for payment. Coordinate preparation of bid document for outside contractors for furniture, Maintains and updates record in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and / or hard copy using as-built, projects documents and shop drawings. ( to be coordinated with Design Manager at end of project )
- Procure all quality documentation from vendors / Suppliers and maintain the same on records at end of project. Assists the Account department with all data ( comparatives / JMR accounting )

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- commercial works: 2 years (required)
- Project coordination: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MS office (preferred)
