**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- **Staff Coordination**: Supervise and train staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain quality.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Assist in promoting special events and menu items to drive sales and attract customers.
- **Financial Management**: Help with budgeting, cost control, and maintaining profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for food, beverage, and customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
