Job Responsibilities
**_Roles & responsibilities: _**
Handle the guest check-in for regular, walk-in, - handle the entire process from receiving the guest at the front desk to ensure they are escorted to the room and is comfortable, getting the necessary documentation in place for payments and international guests.
Handling group bookings and check-ins and check - outs
Dealing with guest complaints and requests - read the log book, and follow up any guest demands or requests.
Checking the arrival list along with checking late night arrivals in the night shift
Up-selling by identifying the guest.
Preparing a list of all the single ladies in the hotel and hand it to the operators for screening their calls.
Interdepartmental Interaction with Housekeeping for room status, VIP amenities room change and any other guest request, Room service in the case of a room change so that the in-house dining orders reach the concerned guest
To abide with all Safety, Health & environment policies of the company.
A good command over spoken/written English is imperative
Pleasant and composed nature
**_Minimum Qualification: _**12th or relevant field knowledge.
