**Job Title**: Principal - Nursing College

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Must hold **M.Sc. Nursing** from a recognized university.
- **Minimum 15 years of total professional experience**, out of which **at least 12 years should be in teaching** at a recognized nursing institution.
- Should meet all norms as per **Indian Nursing Council (INC)** and **State Nursing Council** guidelines for the post of Principal.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide **strategic, academic, and administrative leadership** for the nursing college.
- Supervise and guide **faculty members, students, and non-teaching staff** to ensure excellence in education and discipline.
- Oversee **curriculum planning, academic schedules, examinations, and evaluation** processes as per INC and university norms.
- Ensure **compliance with regulatory bodies** (INC, State Nursing Council, and University) and maintain quality standards in teaching and infrastructure.
- Lead initiatives for **student welfare, clinical training, placements, and extracurricular activities**.
- Promote **research, innovation, and professional development** within the institution.
- Prepare and manage **academic budgets, reports, and accreditation documentation**.
- Act as a **liaison** between the management, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain **discipline, ethical standards, and a positive learning environment** across the college.
