**Tele caller Sales**

**Experience Required**: 1-3 Years

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Language Speaking - English (mandatory), Hindi.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- **Client Communication**:

- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and provide pre-sales support to address client inquiries.
- **Proposal Preparation**:

- Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead nurturing.
- **CRM Management**:

- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage client interactions efficiently.
- **Understanding Client Needs**:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, qualifying them as suitable prospects.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and drive business success.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a telecalling or pre-sales role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
