The Tele caller / Counsellor will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, generating leads, converting inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and discipline in follow-ups and CRM usage. The Tele caller will also ensure high-quality calling standards while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls, handle inbound queries, and meet daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Maintain quality conversations with an optimal call duration.

  • Develop strong product knowledge to deliver clear, confident, and persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, address queries professionally, and follow up consistently.

  • Handle objections confidently by providing solutions that move leads toward conversion.

  • Maintain high call quality, follow scripts, and comply with all guidelines and ethical practices.

  • Use CRM effectively to log calls, track leads, manage follow-ups, and prioritize high-potential prospects.

  • Manage time efficiently to ensure no lead is missed.

  • Participate in training sessions, collaborate with team members, and adapt to new tools, processes, or techniques.
