**We are hiring Digital Marketing & Content Creation** **for Bangalore Location**

Experience : 1 - 4 years

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment: Full Time

**Salary**: 12,000 - 25,000 K

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with event goals and target audience preferences.
- 3. Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales, and engagement through SEO, PPC, social media, and other online platforms.
- 4. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create compelling posts, and interact with the audience to increase event visibility and engagement.
- 6. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- 7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging. 8. Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the events industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
